Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Hypemango, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Hypemango helps you configure marketing projects, discover signal sources, generate draft social posts for review, and publish to connected channels on a schedule. Features and plan limits may change as we ship Phase 1 capabilities.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms, fail payment, or pose security risk (`isActive` / read-only access as described in the product).

4. Billing & trials

Paid plans and trials are billed through Stripe. Trial length, Pro limits, and conversion to paid Pro are described in-product and in pricing. Failed renewal payment may place the account in read-only mode until payment succeeds. Taxes may apply based on your location and our merchant registration. See our Billing & Cancellation Policy.

5. Social platforms & tokens

Connecting Facebook, X, or LinkedIn requires you to authorize those platforms and comply with their terms and policies. You grant us permission to store encrypted tokens and to publish and read metrics only as needed for features you use. Platform outages or API changes are outside our control.

6. Content & AI outputs

• You retain rights to content you upload and accept for publishing.
• AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review before accepting; you are responsible for published content.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to violate platform rules.

7. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering beyond applicable law, no abuse of rate limits or worker APIs, no attempts to access other users’ data, and no scraping that violates third-party terms. Our Acceptable Use Policy has the full rules.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability caps and governing law will be set by counsel in the production terms. Nothing here claims certification or regulatory compliance seals.
